Employer registration
 
Before an employer can enter into a training contract, the employer needs to be registered by the Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services (TAS). Download the application form, Employer Registration Application. Complete the form and send it to Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services, which assesses employer applications for registration under delegation from the Training and Skills Commission.
If you meet the registration criteria, you will become a registered employer and your details will be placed on the State Training and Skills Register (the State Register). The Register can be viewed at the Training and Skills Commission website. Go to the List of registered employers for apprentices and trainees in South Australia

At Business SA Australian Apprenticeships Centre we provide you with real-time access to your employer incentive information regarding your apprentices and trainees via a secure log in.You can review, download and print out details, including incentive claim history and a projected claim timetable.
 
Claims Online
 
A new feature on Apprenticeships Direct, Claims Online allows employers to print out a pre-populated form for any Australian Government incentive due that month.
