Meet with a highly experienced Business Adviser, one-on-one, who will explain anything you need or want to know about your relevant Modern Award(s), answering your questions as you go along.

The Know Your Modern Award Session will run you through the award itself, explaining what it really means and how it works in practice for your business and employees. It also covers how to classify employees and explains the methodology of transitional provisions, which will help you make sure you are paying the correct rates of pay.

How does the service work?
The Know Your Modern Award Session is a verbal advisory service at a fixed fee, with a maximum of two hours per session, at Business SA’s premises.

The service is available only to award subscribers and is limited to two people from each organisation per session. Throughout the session you will have any opportunity to have your questions answered.

No written documentation will be provided.
