South Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015
Being involved in SAYES has been an invaluable experience that has helped me transform my business idea into a comprehensive plan, which I can now execute with confidence.” - Kelly Magor, Forage & Feast
South Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2014
"I had worked for other people up to the point that I embarked on the SAYES program. I was nervous about the legal, marketing, accounting and other regulatory aspects of running my own business. Suddenly I didn't have an all-knowing employer above me that I could ask or defer any difficult questions to. The SAYES program offered not only structured workshops on everything from HR to marketing but also offered a network of people who were at the same stage with their businesses and a mentor to focus specifically on my business.
I gained confidence from the program that we were implementing all of the structures that were necessary for our business and saw that other people in the group were grappling with the same issues that I was. The most important benefit of the program was being matched with my mentor who has been a sounding board and has pushed us to undertake the 'big picture' tasks that have shaped how our business runs every day.'
