Enterprise Connect provides your business with improvement services to help you become more competitive in an increasingly global marketplace.
A highly skilled Business SA Adviser will work with you (at no cost) to:
- Assess your business strategy and current operations
- Identify your strengths and weaknesses, including benchmarking against best practice
- Help your business access world-class business tools, processes and technology
- Identify potential areas for improvement and growth with a comprehensive and confidential written report
Your business may be eligible for a matched grant of up to $20,000 to undertake improvements or introduce new technologies and processes such as:
- Lean manufacturing/office
- Supply chain management
- Market research & analysis
- Product development
- Strategic/business planning
- Management systems
- Workforce management
- Export strategies

Is your business eligible?
You may be eligible if your business:
- Has an Australian Company Number (ACN)
- Is either a manufacturer and/or involved in a manufacturing supply chain
- Turned over more than $2 million ($1.5m for regional businesses) and less than $100 million in the last financial year
- Has been operating for at least three years and
For businesses with a turnover under $2 million, but over $1 million, group applications can be made.
