Overview:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who work in a range of support positions in human resources management. In smaller companies they may work across all human resources functional areas and in larger companies they may be assigned responsibilities in units or business areas focused on discrete human resources functions, such as remuneration, workforce planning or human resources information systems.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this qualification, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of a broad knowledge base incorporating some theoretical concepts
- Apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems
- Identify and apply skill and knowledge areas to a wide variety of contexts, with depth in some areas
- Identify, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources
- Take responsibility for their own outputs in relation to specified quality standards
- Take limited responsibility for the quantity and quality of the output of others
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is available to participants who can demonstrate competence in any of the units within our nationally accredited courses. RPL is the acknowledgement of skills and knowledge acquired or learned through formal training, work and life experience.

Government Funding
