Who are the Business Advisers?

An Entrepreneurs’ Programme Business Evaluation provides a top to bottom analysis of your business at no charge to you. Business Evaluations are carried out by independent and skilled Business Advisers with private sector experience offering impartial advice.

Your business will undergo a holistic assessment, including analysis of business direction and strategy, industry standing and market position, along with an assessment of business performance. Your Business Adviser will spend one to two days with you on-site to gather information for your Business Evaluation and will then undertake further research and analysis and complete the Action Plan.  Your Business Adviser will combine their industry experience with analysis using relevant diagnostic tools to investigate key areas of your business. Information arising from the analysis will assist the Business Adviser to recommend areas of improvement.
