Boost your health with Flinders University’s Work Lunch Challenge

What we eat can have a big impact on our mood and concentration throughout the day, as well as our physical condition. Healthy lunches go a long way in maintaining our physical and mental wellbeing - and there are plenty of quick, simple strategies available to keep you on track.

Business SA member, Flinders University Nutrition Consulting, is offering you the chance to boost your health by participating in a fun, team-building Work Lunch Challenge between 22 October and the 2 November 2018.

The challenge will support you and your colleagues to pack a healthier lunch every day. As a participant, you can choose from a selection of mini challenges and commit to these over the two-week competition. Each challenge is aimed at building a new healthy habit, such as adding an extra serve of veggies to lunch, reducing waste or making a healthy food swap.
You will receive a digital resources pack to get started and motivational emails with practical tips and fun facts to help you maintain your commitment throughout. Upload your healthy lunches on social media to win as many bonus points as you can along the way – there are some great prizes up for grabs!
