Export Ready Program Coordinator

Overview: The primary objective of this position is to coordinate the Export Ready Program and to provide ongoing support for participants and facilitators in the Export Ready Program as part of the Learning Solutions Team.

The Export Ready Program Coordinator will coordinate all the administrative components of the Export Ready Program. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful coordination of participant enrolment, workshop attendance and individual coaching sessions, as well as program resource management and dissemination and coordination of program partner facilitators and guest speakers. This role is responsible for learning logistics and venue liaison, collation and dissemination of program feedback, management of the Export Ready Program learning resources, maintaining learning databases and ensuring a positive participant experience.

Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to creating marketing campaigns and for delivering on programmes, activities and projects that will enable Business SA to meet its business objectives.

Client Support Officer

Division: Apprenticeship Support Australia

Overview: The primary objective is to ensure administration associated with the registration, approval and assessment of Training Contracts is completed in accordance with measured KPIs and compliant with Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Incentives Programme and Support Services Operating Guidelines. 

Additionally there is the need to ensure that payments for Employers, Australian Apprentices and Fee for Service are processed in accordance with Australian Apprenticeships Guidelines as well as any other administration processes required to achieve this goal.
