The South Australian Business Chamber appoints a second corporate membership director

With business booming at the corporate end of town, the South Australian Business Chamber is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Martin to the role of Director, Corporate Membership.

Nicola joins the South Australian Business Chamber at an exciting time with the recent appointment of Andrew Kay as Chief Executive. Nicola is a highly motivated relationship management professional and brand advocate in both private and not-for-profit sectors.

Our corporate membership now includes over 200 South Australian businesses, which has led to a necessary growth in the team managing this membership category. Part of this membership experience includes identifying new business opportunities between corporate members, understanding their needs, and proactively reaching out. Nicola brings to this newly created role both domestic and international experience in developing industry relationships.

The South Australian Business Chamber Executive Director of Enterprise Development and Membership David Slama says that the South Australian Business Chamber corporate membership is a personalised experience.

This category started 18 months ago, and we’ve already exceeded the number of members one corporate account director can handle. With continued growth in this membership category, we’ll be looking for a third soon.

Our corporate membership directors look at what each business wants to achieve over the year and develops a bespoke plan that includes business matching, exclusive corporate events and promotion.

You do not need to be a corporate to take out a corporate membership, you just need to be serious about the access and influence that you’re after for your business.”

Nicola Martin is thrilled to be joining the South Australian Business Chamber Team.

It is a privilege to join the South Australian Business Chamber at a time of growth. I am pleased to again be working with some of the best businesses in South Australia and look forward to being part of making South Australia the best place to do business.

In line with our strategic plan, my focus will be working with our existing members to expand their experiences. With the team, I look forward to bringing on board new corporate members, expanding partnerships, and building stronger connections supporting local and regional businesses to prosper and grow.

The South Australian Business Chamber welcomes Nicola to the team, she will be commencing on Monday 16 May 2022.
