After three decades in the corporate world, Marissa is now using her expertise to further optimise iconic bars Hains & Co and Ralph Louis Frederick, of which she is co-owner.

Marissa has been on the executive team of a private health insurance fund for over ten years, leading their strategic planning process and uncovering and implementing strategic opportunities with vigor. Prior to that she worked for Myer head office as a National Cosmetics Buyer, bringing trends to market, and nurturing brands to launch successfully and sustainably.

Having worked with many incubator brands, she intimately understands the challenges faced by start-ups and will work with you to challenge your strategic thinking to ensure you have a vision that is clear and executable.
