A seasoned business practitioner who helps owners of small and medium size businesses improve their leadership and management skills so they can better manage and grow their business. Neil has had over 45 years of work experience in a wide range of organisations in Australia and overseas. During this period, he had many roles from technical specialist to Chairman and CEO. He has also been directly involved in ten start-up businesses.

Neil helps business owners address their problems relating to start-up, development and growth by working with them to better identify problems, specify goals and implement solutions.

Neil became associated with the South Australian Young Entrepreneurs Scheme in 2008. He has been involved as a mentor in three other start-up programs, has facilitated a coaching program for the South Australian Business Chamber, and has been a judge for the Food SA business awards. Neil is also a volunteer reader/editor/panel operator with the community radio station 5RPH where he produces a weekly program Your Business Mentor.
