The South Australian Business Chamber Today

Business feedback needed on how changes to Work Health and Safety may impact you and your business.

Monday, September 12th 2022

2022 has been a significant year of change for Work Health and Safety (WHS). There has been:

  • new legislation on silica and psychosocial risks in VIC, QLD, WA and ACT
  • new psychosocial WHS Regulations and a push for changes to reporting requirements for sexual harassment, bullying, and chemicals
  • discussions on how to respond to emerging issues and changes to work trends
  • increased focus on corporate culture accountability and increasing penalties

Your views and responses are important in assisting our peak body in Canberra, the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), and our efforts to collate data and information that shows what you think and want, which in turn helps us to better stand up for your interests when talking with policy makers, regulators and politicians.

We hope you will be able to assist by taking the survey here >

The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete.

The survey closes Friday 23rd September 2022. We thank you in advance for your participation.
