As we start 2023, the South Australian Business Chamber is seeking your input on the current business confidence and economic conditions in our state.

The December Quarter 2022 the South Australian Business Chamber’s Survey of Business Expectations, powered by William Buck, is now live and we would appreciate it if you could take 10 – 15 minutes of your valuable time to complete it. The South Australian Business Chamber will then use these findings to formulate our policy positions for 2023 and advocate for the best possible business environment in South Australia.

In this edition of our survey, which is in its 42nd year and the longest-running in the state, we also ask a number of supplementary questions:

We ask how significant electricity and gas prices increases, which took place throughout 2022, affected your business, your opinion on the Federal Government’s recent intervention in the energy market, your thoughts on the ongoing shift from traditional power sources to renewables and how ready your business is for this energy transition.

We also want to find out what is keeping you up at night as a business operator and what your plans are for the growth and development of your business over the next five years.
