Introducing our customer engagement team

A new year welcomes new team members and a revised structure to support our members at the South Australian Business Chamber with the aim to deliver the best possible member experience 

The team is led by Greg Stirling, General Manager of Customer Engagement who commenced at the South Australian Business Chamber in October 2022. 

We have made changes to the way our team operates over the last few months, with the intention of providing a much more streamlined and enjoyable customer service experience,” said Mr Stirling. 

In recruiting the newest members of our team, we’ve onboarded people with extensive experience in business and customer service, to work with our existing team” Greg added. 

Whilst digital and self-serve customer service is important, and we are continuing to innovate in this space, we have invested in people to ensure our members have a point of contact that can provide the best possible experience and ensures that there is always a person there to support members”

Meet the team

Greg joins the South Australian Business Chamber after working as Chief Growth Officer with LVX Global; a tech start-up based at Lot 14. He is very familiar with the South Australian Business Chamber, having worked with a range of our members, including Coopers, SkyCity Adelaide, and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, developing new brands, destinations, and experiences along the way. Greg is also a Director of Centennial Park Cemetery.

Nicola is well known in the corporate world, most notably from her time leading Brand SA as it was first established. Nicola has brought a significant level of business knowledge and connection to the South Australian Business Chamber, working tirelessly to provide opportunities to our corporate members.
Nicola Martin , Corporate Director
Matt started at the South Australian Business Chamber managing the membership team and overseeing organisational partnerships. Matt helped design the latest membership structure and was instrumental in the development of Corporate Membership, which he now oversees with Nicola Martin.
Matt Lowe , Corporate Director
Estelle supports Matt and Nicola in the coordination of the South Australian Business Chamber’s Corporate Membership. Estelle plays a pivotal role in supporting our members with enquiries, business matching services and event coordination.
Estelle Costas , Corporate Services Assistant
Tania is one of the longest-serving members of the South Australian Business Chamber team, and a well-known face among our members. Tania’s wealth of knowledge from 13 years in the organisation and comprehensive understanding of our members is invaluable, and her bright and bubbly personality is well known among the member cohort.
Tania Stocco , Membership Engagement Representative
Megan joined the South Australian Business Chamber in early 2022 after many years in the events industry. She brings professionalism and a positive attitude paired with a work ethic that’s second to none to the customer engagement team.
Megan McElhinney , Account Manager
Emily is an enthusiastic customer service professional. With significant customer experience in the banking and insurance industries, Emily utilises her skills to provide connection and support to our members.
Emily Bretones , Member Services
Marie is a highly motivated, versatile, and experienced customer service professional who is committed to delivering an outstanding experience for members. Marie has previously held various customer-centric roles in travel, education, and retail.
Marie Hughes , Account Manager
David recently moved to Australia from Ecuador, where he achieved his Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales, and a Bachelor of Business Administration – International Business. David has a wealth of experience in membership-based organisations, particularly in the areas of customer onboarding and business development and has a keen eye for data and analytics.
