Training Course: Creating Highly Effective Managers
Two-day training course at the South Australian Business Chamber for City of West Torrens businesses
This course will prepare managers to lead people and teams. Participants will learn the art of delegation, setting goals and giving effective performance feedback. This two-day program provides new or existing managers with a suite of management tools and resources to enable them to get the best out of themselves and their team. Participants will strengthen their leadership and management skills by understanding individual behaviours and motivations; developing new perspectives, thinking and ideas; and by achieving greater self-awareness. This course is ideal for new managers or managers wanting to enhance their management and leadership skills.

- Businesses are entitled to a single placement on one of the courses offered under City of West Torrens/the South Australian Business Chamber agreement.
