Demand for resource efficiency, sustainability and commitments to net-zero are increasing across the global business community. Here in South Australia, we’ve enjoyed a rich history of sustainability policy and action, including Australia’s first state-wide 10c container deposit scheme, plastic bag and other single-use plastics bans, SA’s strategy to reduce food waste, along with bi-lateral support for climate action under the Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act (2007).

Here at Business SA, we are proud to be delivering the Accelerating Net Zero Emissions for Business (ANZEB) – pilot program with generous support from Green Industries SA. This program is delivered by Business SA member and sustainability consultants 2XE and Eighty20 Communications. It increases the understanding of how to achieve net zero emissions by implementing circular economy and sustainability principles. It is the first of its kind in South Australia and has received positive feedback from all participants.

This program covers:

  • net-zero essentials
  • building your GHG profile
  • emission reduction opportunities
  • evaluating emission reduction opportunities
  • setting targets and building a pathway
  • stakeholder engagement
  • developing your net-zero strategy
  • communicating this to your marketplace

With round one successfully delivered, read what participants had to say:
