Channel 7 Image

Channel Seven and Business SA are pleased to offer the chance for one lucky reader to win a $200 dinner voucher to a restaurant of their choice.

7TWO and 7mate are the two new free to air channels brought to you by Channel 7. Channel 7 already has its main channel in both Analogue and digital, plus it has channel 7HD in High Definition as well.

The creation behind these two channels is amongst the progression between the switch over from analogue television to digital. Analogue will be switched off at the end of 2013.

7TWO and 7mate are more of what audiences love about Seven. More drama, more lifestyle and documentaries, more reality, more comedy, more movies and more first class entertainment, free for everyone.

7TWO: Launched on the 1st November 2009, with a target audience of people 25+. 7TWO is a broad entertainment channel offering all our viewers greater choice through a variety of shows with something for everyone. In 2011, 7TWO is continuing to deliver quality programming. With a focus on Lifestyle, Cooking, Drama and Family Movies, 7TWO has a clear direction with a very solid foundation

7MATE: Launched 26 September 2010, with a target audience of men 16-54. 7mate is a channel primarily targeting men, however it’s more than an age group, it’s a mindset. Men that might be older but think and behave younger. 7mate is not sport it’s entertainment. It’s the first broadcast television channel to cater for men 16-54. This channel does not alienate female viewers, with several initiatives designed to have them watching 7mate as well. From its inception, 7mate has been doing extremely well in the female demographics.

Since the launch of both these free-to-air channels, much success has followed. Both 7TWO and 7mate are currently the preferred digital channels in Adelaide
