The Air Pilots Award 2020 applies to employers throughout Australia of air pilots to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
“Pilot” means a person who is the holder of a commercial pilot’s licence or an airline transport pilot licence and is employed under the provisions of the Award, including pilots operating overseas from a base within Australia on behalf of the operator.
The term “pilot” includes a Check Pilot, Training Pilot, First Officer and Second Officer.
