The Airline Operations - Ground Staff Award 2020 covers employers throughout Australia in the airline operations industry with respect to all their employees throughout Australia as listed in the classifications to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
“Airline operations industry” means operating; and/or ancillary on-airport servicing of, aircraft used for the purposes of providing commercial passenger or freight air transport services (whether scheduled or non-scheduled) and private business and instructional flying in, and from a base in, Australia.
