The Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020 applies only to clerical and administrative employees not covered by an industry Modern Award and call centre employees not working in a contract call centre and not covered by an industry Modern Award.
Clerical work includes recording, typing, calculating, invoicing, billing, charging, checking, receiving and answering calls, cash handling, operating a telephone switchboard and attending a reception desk.
