To make it easier for businesses, the Legislative Service keeps you updated when there are any amendments to certain pieces of legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations 2012.
This publication is a subscribed service where amendments to the Act and Regulations are sent out to subscribers. These amendments will contain information on changes to legislation and relevant updates to help ensure subscribers are kept up-to-date of their legal obligations.
