The Telecommunications Services Award 2020 applies to employers throughout Australia in the telecommunications services industry and their employees to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
This Award does not cover television stations and radio stations, employees of electrical contractors covered by the scope of the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2010, or businesses whose principal function is the manufacture and supply of telecommunications equipment, installation, service and/or maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
