3‑hour in-depth Business Strategy consulting package for City of Adelaide businesses

An in-depth consultation (in-person or via video conference) with a business growth adviser to develop a customised growth plan for your business, incorporating specific advice about business strategy, business planning, leadership, culture, customer acquisition, scaling up, succession planning, marketing and operations.

  • This service is subsidised by the Adelaide Economic Development Agency for businesses within the Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide (postcodes 5000 / 5006). 
  • 3‑hour consultation, in-person at the South Australian Business Chamber in Unley, or via video conference
  • One consultation permitted per business
  • Only available to businesses that have undergone the initial Business Strategy Consultation and are approved by the Adelaide Economic Development Agency.
  • Normal fee for service: $990.00
  • Subsidy provided by council: $840.00
  • Your contribution: $150.00
