Established in 2016, Fresh Front is an Adelaide-based service business that ensures that the exterior areas of your home or business are clean and fresh, by using pressure cleaning, soft washing and exterior cleaning.
Marty Wilson is the owner of the business, a former graduate of the South Australian Business Chamber’s SA Young Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES) in 2017.
‘When I started Fresh Front, I took a chance and left a secure job in the corporate world to have a real crack at building a business. I wanted to build something for my family’s future and create a business that not only provides great service but an environment a team can grow and make their dreams a reality’.
According to Marty, everyone either lives in or works in a building that deserves to be clean, and there is clearly a market for his services.
‘In recent years, we’ve had some nice organic growth but the challenge for me was how to step on the accelerator and achieve some REAL growth. I knew there were gaps in my business and I needed some help identifying them’.
‘Having been a part of the SAYES program, I was following the South Australian Business Chamber on Linkedin and I saw that they were offering Business Growth Consulting. It looked like something I should get involved with’.
Marty was looking for some outside assistance to help him focus on the growth of his business.
‘I was really keen to get an independent perspective on my business to help identify weaknesses and opportunities. I also wanted to grow my professional network with people that might be interested in hearing about the vision I had for our business.’
Business adviser Tim Lavis from the South Australian Business Chamber was engaged by Marty and they have been working together for several months.
