Course outline
Anyone that has ever attempted to do a job fatigued, will understand that this can be a major roadblock to a well-oiled workplace. This course will enable you to identify where and why fatigue is an issue and take steps to manage it.
Reducing fatigue in workers hugely reduces much of the risk businesses face on a daily basis. It more than makes sense for a business to do what it can to minimise the risks that fatigue can potentially cause.

- Understanding what leads to fatigue and exploration of legal requirements.
- Recognising the implications of poor fatigue management in the workplace and the development of fatigue management systems and strategies.
- Identifying resources and creating practical strategies to help minimise fatigue in your workplace.
